In line with the Government of India’s emphasis on skill development, Microsoft sought to consolidate its reseller enablement initiatives into a single platform. They envisioned a unified hub that would empower resellers to learn, upskill, and drive business growth, while overcoming the challenges of organizing physical events across India.
Timeus conceptualized the Sales Excellence League to promote continuous learning and engagement, enabling resellers to connect with new customers. The program established various digital learning touchpoints to create an active mindshare for Microsoft solutions.
User-Friendly Portal:

In just 10 months, we facilitated participation from over 700 reseller partners across 75 unique organizations. The partners completed over 2,000 Expert Zone trainings and launched more than 250 marketing campaigns, resulting in a 1400x year-on-year growth in Expert Zone completions for Microsoft India.
The Sales Excellence League has not only fostered immediate engagement but also established a long-term learning framework. Through our innovative approach to digital engagement and community building, we enabled Microsoft to effectively address the evolving needs of its reseller network while reinforcing its commitment to skill development in India.
