At SXSW Sydney 2024, an event celebrating innovation across technology, music, screen, gaming, and more, Dell Technologies set out to capture attention with a booth designed to showcase its solutions portfolio for medium-sized businesses. Timeus was tasked with creating an engaging and visually compelling experience that would stand out.

Transforming Insights into Visual Narratives

Our creative designs and impactful content turned the Dell Technologies booth into a focal point of the event, attracting a significant crowd. The focus was on making Dell’s solutions not only informative but also visually captivating to drive greater engagement.

Engaging Over 3,000 Attendees

The booth featured infographics, interactive touchpoints, and immersive experiences, ensuring that every aspect conveyed Dell Technologies’ key messages clearly and effectively. This approach helped attendees quickly grasp the value of Dell’s solutions, making their experience both seamless and memorable.

Achieving 2,800+ Survey Participants

To further boost engagement, we created the interactive survey “What’s Your Tech Vision?” Attendees scanned a QR code at the booth to participate on their phones, with our team managing the entire survey process—from design to execution to a lucky draw incentivized response, helping Dell build meaningful interactions with visitors.
