To bring attention to how Dell Technologies’ remote work solutions enable professionals to strike a work-life balance, we conceived a 6-week social media campaign - #LifeKaNayaBalance. A 4-episode video series with CXOs, business leaders, and influencers from different walks of life triggered a candid conversation around work-life balance. The series deep dived into how technology has enabled them to stay connected, productive, and passionately driven.
The campaign also encouraged people to discover their passion along with work and it was evident with the overwhelming number of social media audiences coming forward with their own stories of passion and productivity.
