Campaign objective

The Fortune 500 company wanted to captivate the attention of the sales team, transcending conventional information delivery. The primary goal was to ignite genuine enthusiasm and foster deep engagement, ensuring the sales force possessed both comprehensive product knowledge and sustained motivation to effectively leverage the new vending machine's potential.

Rise of Vicki - The Campaign Mascot

To engage the sales team, a campaign mascot - Vicki - was unveiled. Vicki established a unique identity with a great recall value while building excitement for the same. An exhilarating virtual racing game was created where the sales team was required to select their Vicki avatar, choose their preferred ride, and hit the track. Their mission was to gather all Dell Client Peripherals strewn across the course while skilfully navigating obstacles. Every week, rewards were earned by the highest scorers, adding a thrilling competitive edge to the game. The mascot also made appearances at numerous events, on the sales floor, and throughout various promotional materials, enabling direct and engaging interactions with the team.
