Dell Technologies OEM Solutions APJ set out on a journey to unite their top 150 OEM accounts in the Asia-Pacific region. They envisioned the 'OEM Excellence Circle' as more than a program—a digital tapestry fostering connections between business leaders. It wasn't just about touchpoints; it was a vibrant canvas of interactions to ignite ideas, nurture relationships, and paint a vivid picture of their solutions in the minds of all involved.

To shape the OEM Excellence Circle program, we created the entire framework by identifying key digital touchpoints and designing engagement strategies. This process aimed to foster powerful connections between customer leaders and Dell's OEM Solutions Leadership. Our key focus was to deliver a platform where leaders could share their industry insights and become a more integral part of the Dell OEM ecosystem.
