The client

As one of Microsoft's major research and development hubs, the Microsoft India Development Center (IDC) is dedicated to the fundamental goal of empowering individuals globally at all times and in every place.

The big bid

Microsoft IDC introduced an internal employee engagement initiative “Come As You Are; Do What You Love”. The core objectives were to create awareness of the cutting-edge work and impact of IDC and position IDC as an 'employer of choice'. The intent was to build a sense of belongingness to the organization.

Connecting through stories,
building through people.

We initiated and developed a series of video and text-based stories and interviews that revolved around employees, interlaced with the service and the customer-oriented approach of Microsoft. Taking it forward, we also illustrated e-comic strips to showcase the life and work of employees, bringing out IDC’s culture and values. A series of video Q&As was conducted with high-performing IDC employees wherein they shared their overall journey at the organization.
