Dell Technologies had introduced the innovative Vicki Vending Machine for its client peripherals portfolio, with a clear objective - capturing the full attention of its sales team. The aim extended beyond mere information delivery; it was to ignite genuine enthusiasm and deep engagement within the teams. The challenge was to ensure that the sales force not only received comprehensive product knowledge but also remained highly motivated and adept in harnessing the potential of the new vending machine.
To meet this demand, we unveiled a campaign mascot by the name of Vicki. Vicki played a pivotal role as the campaign’s charismatic figurehead, establishing a unique identity that etched the initiative into the minds of the sales teams. Strategically, Vicki made appearances at numerous events, on the sales floor, and throughout various promotional materials, enabling direct and engaging interactions with the team.
